Connect the commercial record to the network action
The customer account, the subscribed service and the network subscriber are different views of a mobile relationship. A service change must cross those views without losing the identifiers and conditions that make the request meaningful.
We apply telecom software engineering to the interfaces between BSS commercial processes, OSS fulfilment, provisioning layers and core network systems. The starting point is the actual network environment and the actions it exposes.
Keep network responsibilities explicit
Mobile core integrations depend on the architecture, generation and vendor interfaces in use. Software that coordinates a request should not invent completion evidence when the network action is still pending.
We discuss interface contracts, subscriber identifiers, requested service parameters and the events that confirm or reject an action. Authentication, access controls and operational traceability belong in that design from the start.
- Subscriber provisioning workflows
- BSS and network identifier mapping
- Integration contracts and state reconciliation
- Validation of activation and service changes
Test the failure path as carefully as activation
Late responses, duplicate requests and partially applied changes can leave commercial and network records out of step. A testable integration makes those conditions observable and defines how they are resolved.
The goal is a clear software boundary around the network action, with enough context for the order workflow and the team that will operate the connection.
