Connect service fulfilment with day-to-day operations
Operations support systems coordinate the technical work behind telecom services and provide the context needed to operate them. A customer request can involve service orchestration, provisioning, inventory changes and confirmation from several applications before it is complete.
We engineer the software and interfaces connecting those responsibilities. We work from the service lifecycle and the OSS environment already in place, aligning the operational workflow with the commercial request held in BSS.
Make service and resource relationships usable
A customer account, a subscribed product, a service instance and a network resource describe different parts of the same delivery chain. Shared identifiers and explicit relationships help teams trace a service from its commercial context to the systems that fulfil and support it.
Inventory integration should establish which application owns each record, how changes are exchanged and how discrepancies are resolved. Queries, events and reconciliation processes need to reflect the lifecycle of the information they carry.
- Service and resource inventory integration
- Service orchestration and provisioning workflows
- BSS-to-OSS identifier and lifecycle mapping
- Reconciliation and operational exception handling
Connect fulfilment evidence to operational visibility
An activation request needs a defined completion signal. A response that accepts work may precede the actual network change, while a timeout can leave the outcome uncertain. Operational workflows need a controlled route to determine the current state and resume or investigate the work.
Assurance integration adds another connection: relate a service event to the affected customer, subscription and fulfilment history. We can engineer that exchange with existing monitoring, inventory and support systems so the operational team has the context required for its next decision.
The same approach supports mobile integration across eSIM, core network and roaming. The delivery scope identifies the interfaces, access rules, completion criteria and operational ownership for each environment.
